Response time can vary, but usually addressed within one business day, depending upon the volume of requests (Monday-Friday only, response times exclude issues submitted during holidays and weekends).

Services may be refused by the ecommerce technician based on site content. In such a case, a full refund would be given.

TechSupport - 1 to 1 Mentor/Advisor
This is One-on-One answers, pointers and advice (from an experienced AgoraCart user) on basic setups/installation issues. This service only covers and only covers version 6.x or Gold Version 6.x. This serives is performed by email and/or instant messaging for 4 weeks from the date they initially contact you. New users and those with less time for learning the ins and outs of agoracart will find that this speeds up the time it takes to go live with their store. This person will serve as a mentor as you setup your ecommerce site. They will be able to assist you with questions on how to setup the store, its features, and advice on how to organize your ecommerce site ... as you ask for it in your emails. It does not cover doing the work for you nor custom coding and/or design. Once time has expired, additional time requires an additional payment.

Services may be refused by the mentor based on site content, server setup, or workload. In such a case, a full refund would be given. Services including but not limited to: store/site design, design integration, custom coding, database setup, file uploading and/or editing, and installation are not included.
